If you are looking to buy a place in SF and want the process to be as PAINLESS as possible, we would highly recommend Pat. Pat helped us buy a condo 18 months ago. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and super helpful. After asking us some questions about our needs, she narrowed down the neighborhoods and we ended up making an offer within a week on the first place she showed us. We still love the place today and think it is most ideal for us.

Through the process, Pat was always available and would often go far beyond the call of duty to make sure we were well taken care of - from guiding us through the negotiation process, to making sure the place was clean and everything worked properly (she brought in her own handy person to fix minor issues, had someone come in to clean before we moved in and helped us resolve issues with the condo management and insurance people.) Pat Lee was amazing in helping me sell my aunt's home. She was thorough and attentive from beginning to end and walked me through the entire process of selling my aunt's home for Top Dollar. She was the project manager (hauling, painting, flooring, cleaning, replacing all light fixtures, miscellaneous repairs and staging, etc) in preparing the home for sale and always got competitive bids and always kept me in the loop. Pat is the best. I met her for the first time in early 2018 at an open house. I loved her enthusiasm and positive attitude. 2 years later she helped us sell our house and did a fantastic job. We ended up moving out of our house one week before the first stay at home order in SF was issued (and we were then stuck out of the state). Pat (and Jeff!) managed everything through the COVID-19 crisis (selling furniture, donating items, prepping and cleaning the house, watered the plants, shipped us stuff, etc....everything). Pat makes it happen. We are a realtor’s nightmare, one of us is what you would call the “fussiest” buyer, and the other is all about numbers.
