A San Francisco native, Pat grew up helping her parents manage properties, giving her early exposure to the real estate world. She became a licensed real estate salesperson in 2005, later earning her broker associate license in 2014. Pat holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a bachelor’s degree in business from St. Mary’s College.

Nichole Cinaglia is a Transaction Coordinator and licensed agent with over 25 years of experience in real estate. Prior to founding Premier Choice TC, she was Lead Transaction Coordinator at TPTC and has held roles in the title insurance, mortgage, and financial planning industries. With a degree in Business Administration/Accounting, Nichole was named Employee of the Year in 2007 and is known for her strong customer service and professional rapport. A Sacramento native, she enjoys traveling and family time.

Katie Wong is a highly skilled Service & Operations Assistant with a strong background in providing administrative support while managing day-to-day operations. She excels at handling customer inquiries, coordinating schedules, and overseeing logistical tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.
