Patricia “Pat” Lee is a seasoned real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience in both residential and commercial transactions. A San Francisco native, Pat grew up helping her parents manage properties, giving her early exposure to the real estate world. She became a licensed real estate salesperson in 2005, later earning her broker associate license in 2014. Pat holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a bachelor’s degree in business from St. Mary’s College.
Before diving full-time into real estate, Pat ran her own successful home staging company, helping sellers achieve maximum returns. Her sharp eye for design, paired with her market knowledge, quickly earned her a reputation for getting homes sold above asking price. She’s equally skilled at helping buyers—whether they’re first-timers or seasoned investors—secure the right property at an unbeatable value.
